We are excited about this opportunity for our players to be able to experience the amazing culture and hospitality of Japan. We know the teams are going to be tough competition and the Japanese are fit, agile and relentless on defence so we need to be smart with our decisions and keep the ball in our possession as much as we can. Our team is made up of a number of youth players who are part of the Australian Rugby pathways, along with some experienced players who have been with our program for a number of years. We are looking forward to creating new connections, eating amazing food, embracing the Japanese culture and playing some awesome rugby.
